When you are in the middle of a long run or a tough workout, and you feel like you’re going to die… Or at least give up and quit, there are several things you can do to help keep your head in the game! Here are five of my best tips for keeping yourself going when you are tired and just want to stop.
Put on Your Favorite Song
There is nothing that keeps me going better than a song with high energy and good rhythm (think Gangnam Style or Pitbull’s Give Me Everything). If it makes you want to shake it, play it!
