I purchased JNL Fusion relatively soon after I finished the 30 Day Shred (read my review of the 30 Day Shred here). That was back in 2012, and I still LOVE this set. Like really love it. These DVDs are still my favorite workouts, almost five years later. Jennifer Nicole Lee did a great job with these. The workouts are fun (as far as workouts go) and challenging. She uses some unique moves that I haven’t seen in other workout videos, and the set does a good job of covering all muscle groups. Keep in mind that I purchased this set myself, I was not sent it free for review, so these are my honest thoughts and opinions on the workouts (as a certified personal trainer, and as a mom who is always struggling to stay fit myself).

Some of the workouts are harder than others and they vary in length from 10 minutes to around 45 minutes long. The aspect that I find most inspiring is that throughout the workout Jennifer gives you little details about all of the other people on screen helping her demonstrate the moves. For example, there is a “50-something year old” woman on there who is super fit and inspiring. There is a mom of four. A mom of one who has lost 50 pounds. There are men of all different ages. And the list goes on. Everyone can find someone in the group to relate to! That’s something that I haven’t seen in other workout DVDs, and personally I find it really inspiring when I’m sweating like crazy and trying to get through a tough workout.
If you are looking for a new workout regimen in your life I would highly recommend JNL Fusion! It is challenging so I would recommend it for an intermediate or advanced level workout. I started the set when I had been regularly exercising for about two months. All you need is a set of dumbbells and you are good to go.
